Our Sites

Moorcot currently manage three sites across Lancashire that cater for the individual requirements of a diverse range of clients, each with their own unique business goals.

Since the end of 2014 when Moorcot acquired their first building at Walton Summit, we have built upon our ability to transform vacant industrial units into flexible modern business space with a further two sites in nearby Leyland and Chorley. The solutions we provide are offices, occasionally sub-divided from larger floor space, and warehouse storage with provision for racked or unracked space.
