Purchase, refurbish, re-let – that is the working ethos of Moorcot Property that has allowed us to create value for our clients, and one of reasons why we have come such a long way in a short space of time.
Moorcot was established to help businesses in their daily operation, whether it be providing suitable office space for employees, or adequate storage space as a warehousing facility. Our process follows the same key steps: purchase an industrial unit, completely refurbish the unit in line with current health and safety standards, and then re-let the space to a client in need of a new facility.
The focus of our management team is to work closely with our clients to ensure that we offer the best service possible, and we are extremely proud of the three Lancashire sites we have to date. These are: Four Oaks at Walton Summit, Moorland Gate in Chorley, and Building 11 at Leyland Business Park.
